Cocoa Magic Palm Jaggery is a traditional sweetener blend made from 80% Karupatti (Palm Jaggery) and 20% natural cocoa, combining the earthy richness of Palmyra palm sap with the deep flavour of cocoa — without any refined sugar or artificial additives.

How It Is Made

Palm sap is collected from the Palmyra tree, gently heated, and blended with natural cocoa powder before being set into blocks — without any chemical processing, bleaching, refined sugar, or artificial flavours.

Nutrition

Contains iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium from the palm jaggery base. Cocoa contributes flavonoids and magnesium naturally present in cacao. Has a lower glycaemic index compared to refined sugar and cocoa-sugar blends.

Culinary Uses

Use as a natural chocolate-flavoured sweetener in hot milk, smoothies, and milkshakes. Works well in baking as a refined-sugar-free alternative in brownies, energy balls, and cocoa-based desserts. Also used to make a traditional Karupatti Cocoa drink by dissolving in warm milk.

How to Use

Grate or break into small pieces. Dissolve in warm milk or water — one piece (approx. 10–15g) per 200mL of milk for a cocoa drink. Use in a 1:1 ratio as a substitute for refined sugar in cocoa-based recipes.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent melting. Consume within 6 months of opening.
