## Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.

- Cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order: Full refund
- Cancellation between 1–3 hours: Refund minus a 10% cancellation fee (covers payment gateway and administrative costs)
- Cancellation after the order is processed or dispatched: Subject to the Product Return Policy below
- If any product is not shipped within 5 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded

Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days and credited within 15 business days.

The 10% cancellation fee does not apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

## Product Return Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered
- Genuine quality issue with the product

How to raise a return request:

1. Report the issue to our support team within 7 days of delivery
2. Share clear photographs or a complete unboxing video (mandatory)
3. For food and grocery items, photos/video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery
4. Our team will review and confirm the return within 1–2 business days
5. Return the product within 2–3 business days of receiving confirmation

Return shipping: Courier charges for approved returns are covered by Theerthaa. Share the courier receipt for reimbursement.

Refund: 100% refund credited to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Not eligible for return:
- Opened or used food/grocery products (unless genuinely damaged or wrongly supplied)
- Products returned without prior confirmation from our support team
- Products reported after the 7-day return window
